HI: The First Hitotsu and Primordial Rotation
The sound “HI” represents the fundamental concept of the very first “Hitotsu” (a singular point or unit) to emerge in Ama (the phenomenal world). This emergence is instigated by Kamu, the primordial dimensional force that is the latent source of all phenomena in Katakamuna.
At this “HI” stage, there is no physical matter as we understand it. Instead, it is a state of pure energy that exists in Kamu. Simultaneously with its emergence, this energy begins a rotational movement, both clockwise and counter-clockwise.
These rotational energies have an inherent nature to instantly coalesce and superimpose upon one another. This phenomenon is called coalescence. This primordial rotational nature is inherited as a continued motion, such as self-rotation and orbital revolution, even after manifesting as matter in Ama.
Katakamuna defines this initial stage of energy and information transfer from Kamu to Ama as the number “1” and calls it “HI.”
